Audrey F. Johnson

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 11, 2012 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Mrs. Audrey F. Johnson, 85, Gadsden who passed away Friday, June 8, 2012. Pastor and special friend Larry Garrard will officiate with burial at Pine Grove Cemetery, Glencoe. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services Directing.

Mrs. Johnson was born August 7, 1926 in Gadsden to Walker and Pearl Findley. She was a long standing member of College Heights Baptist Church and had been involved with WMU. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andy Johnson, son, Robert O. “Bob” Johnson, infant son, Joel David Johnson and grandson, David Todd Wilson.

She is survived by her daughters, Mary Alice (Jimmy) Wilson and Elizabeth (John) Nolen

Grandchildren, Angela W. (Tony) Morgan, Traci W. Putman, Jonathan Tyler Wilson and Christi Johnson Minyard

Great grandchildren, Emma Lauren Morgan, Wison “Wil” Cole, Cameron Michael Minyard, Justin Taylor Minyard and Anna Claire Minyard

The family extends a special thanks to the employees of Gadsden Health Care, Dr. Torregosa, Dr. Fiest and the ICU staff at Gadsden Regional Medical Center.
