

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday-November 7, 2011 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Mr. Bobby R. Elliott, age 74 of Rainbow City who passed away Tuesday-November 1, 2011. Revs. Kenneth Lasseter and Albert Morgan will officiate with burial at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services Directing.
Mr. Elliott was a native and lifelong resident of Etowah County and retired from Gulf States Steel as a millwright after many years of service. He was saved at Malone Baptist Church and had attended Fairview Baptist Church. Mr. Elliott was a founding member of the Highland Volunteer Fire Department, Coached Little League Baseball in the Highland Community and had been a Boy Scout Leader. He was preceded in death by his parents; Troy and Lora Elliott, brothers; Braden, Lamar and Tracy Elliott and parents-in-law; Grady and Margaret Garner.
He is survived by his wife; Glenda Garner Elliott

Visitation will be on Sunday evening from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
