at Collier-Butler Funeral Home Chapel , 824 Rainbow Drive, Gadsden, Alabama 35901
Rev. Chuck Kennedy will officiate.
Burial will follow at New Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery, Springville, Alabama.

Delbert was born on April 19, 1954 in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a 1972 graduate of St. Clair County High School. After graduating he was employed by Chicago Bridge and Iron for 18 years and then by Mercedes Benz for 21 years. Two years ago he retired to enjoy life on the lake with his wife.
Delbert loved Alabama Football, his passion was riding his Harley Davidson.
Delbert was preceded in death by his father, Delbert Bell, Sr.; brothers, Chris Bell and Randy Bell; special nephew, Andrew Bell.
Delbert is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Deborah Lenhart Bell;
Mother, Barbara Ann Forman and step-father Bill Forman; Step-mother, Tana Bell.
Step children include Lisa (Stan) Hopkins and Jason Campbell. Grandchildren Savannah, Trey, and Asher.
Sister, Deborah (Jim) Barnes and brother, Mike (Anna) Bell.
Special nephew Chris (Geslia) Gill and children Reshelle and Garrett;
Special nieces Amanda Bell and Caroline Bell.
Pallbearers will be Mike Bell, Mike Choat, David Lenhart, Steve Lenhart, Chris Gill, and Larry Gill.
The family will accept friends for visitation Thursday evening from 5 until 8:30pm at the funeral home.
