Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 27, 2021, at Collier Butler Chapel for Jamie Sue (Lambert) Swann, 91, of Glencoe, Alabama. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. to time of service. Adam Swann will officiate. A private family burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery, Gadsden.
Born January 3, 1930, in Gadsden, Alabama to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ernest Lambert, Jamie loved and served her family well until the end. She left this world peacefully, surrounded by her family. In the midst of our grief, we grieve with hope, for we know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. We celebrate the healing, restoration, and reward she is now experiencing as a faithful servant of our Savior. Well done, Mom!
