
Graveside services for Mr. Jimmy Ray Hollis, 66, of Attalla, will be at noon Monday at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Mitchell Gibbs will officiate. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.
Mr. Hollis went to be with the Lord on Friday, Aug. 2, 2013.
Jimmy was born in Etowah County, and gave his life to the Lord on Father's Day, June 16, 2013. He attended Miller Hollow Community Church under the leadership of "Preacher" Mitchell Gibbs. He loved spending time with his daughters, fishing, Alabama football, NASCAR and spending time with his beloved cat, "Bosco." Mr. Hollis was employed by Nanney and Son Inc.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Hollis.
Mr. Hollis is survived by his daughters, Cynthia (Johnny) Rakestraw, Charlene (Jamie) Bowen and Cecelia (Roger) Johnson; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Mursch, Peggy (Sonny) Kerr, Darlene (Mike) Jacobs and Tammy (Doug) Hood; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Randy Smith, Derrick Haney, Keith Latham, Jarrod Harbin, Tommy Coley and Tim Nanney.

The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services in Gadsden.
