

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2011, at Collier-Butler Chapel for Joni Elizabeth Wilson Bright, 32, who went home to be with her sister, Nikki Wilson, and our Lord Jesus Christ on April 25, 2011. The Rev. Johnny Wilson will officiate. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Service directing.
Ms. Bright was a native of Etowah County and a resident of Gadsden for 32 years. She was baptized at an early age in the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her loving family, her children, McKinley Wilson, Marley and Torin Bright; parents, Wayne and Judy Wilson; brothers, Jeff Wilson, Justice Covington and Cory (Brandy) Wilson; nephews, Hayden, Cameron and Jamien Wilson; niece, Michela Wilson; aunts and uncles, Sheila (Jimmy) Holland, Lynn (Don) Gaskin, Pinky (James) Prewitt, Mary Kirsten, David Freeman, Michael (Peggy) Vice and Howard (Glenda) Wilson; special sisters, Shannon and Michelle Holland; her lifelong friends, Kim Talton and Jeanette Geisendorfer; host of cousins and friends.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to all of our neighbors and friends that have shown love either through food or prayers through this difficult time.
The family requests in lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Jude's Hospital or a charity of your choice.
The family will accept friends Saturday at Collier-Butler from noon until 2 p.m.
