Margaret Wren Hollingsworth

Margaret Wren Hollingsworth, 91, of Birmingham, passed away Monday, Jan. 19, 2015. The graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015, at Forrest Cemetery. Rev. Royce Head will officiate Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is directing.

Mrs. Hollingsworth was born December 12, 1923. She was a graduate of Emma Sansom High School, in Gadsden. She was a member of Dwight Baptist Church, in Gadsden, and later a member of Central Park Methodist Church, in Birmingham.

Mrs. Hollingsworth was preceded in death by her husband, William P. Hollingsworth; parents, Charles and Margaret Wren; brothers, Calvin Wren and Vinson Wren; and sister, Sarah Osby.

Survivors include her sons, William Tracy (Melissa) Hollingsworth and Lee Martin (Sandra)Hollingsworth; grandchildren; Jeremy William Hollingsworth, Patrick Lee Hollingsworth, Laura Hollingsworth-Bingham, Joshua Perry Hollingsworth, Ryan Mathew Hollingsworth, and Kristen Leigh Hollingsworth.

The family will accept friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday and 11:30 a.m.-12;30 p.m. Saturday all at the funeral home..
