Margaret V. Miller

Margaret V. Miller of Gadsden died Sunday, August 2, 2015 in Arab, following a long illness. She was 84 years old. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Collier- Butler Funeral Home. Reverend Rick Bradley and Reverend Mark Leonhardt will officiate. The burial will be at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. The family will begin to accept friends at 12:30 PM prior to the service. Collier- Butler Funeral and Cremations Services directing.

For over 40 years Margaret was a faithful Church of God pastor's wife, alongside her husband Don, in California, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Alabama.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Don Miller; parents, Bert and Rosa Williamson; and brothers, Robert Williamson and Herman Williamson.

She is survived by her daughters, Donna Higgins (Les) of Weatherford, Texas and DeLora Cole (Jimmy) of Arab; grandchildren Kristina Higgins, of Cleveland, Tennessee; and Phillip (Tara), Matthew, and Kelli Cole of Arab; great-granddaughter Kelee Fronk; brother, Thermon (Darlene) Williamson of Phoenix, Arizona; twin sister, Mildred Cornutt of Gadsden; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank the staffs of Golden Living Center in Arab and Southern Care Hospice.
