Graveside services will be Saturday April 7, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Forrest Cemetery for Mark Thomas Kelley, 69, who passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services is in charge.
Mr. Kelley was a native of Gadsden and a graduate of the University of Alabama, School of Law.
He was preceded in death by his parents B. and Sybil Kelley and a sister Bebe Kelley McWhorter.
He is survived by his nephews Haden, Warren, and Kyle McWhorter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
