Cremation was through Collier-Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Gadsden, AL.
Mrs. Carr was a member of Bellevue United Methodist Church, Gadsden, AL and a member of the Gadsden Woman's Club.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, J. Richard Carr; two sons J. Rice Carr and Clay R. Carr; daughter in law Rebecca Carr; four granddaughters Clare Anderson, Jane Evan Collum, Mary Clay Holtkamp, and Emma Carr; and great grandson Wade Rivers Holtkamp.
The family will hold a graveside service at Oak Hill Cemetery, Oneonta, Alabama, at 1pm on February 20, 2021.
