

Larry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before continuing his education at Jacksonville State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance.
A man of many passions, Larry loved racing Corvettes, following NASCAR, and cheering for Alabama football and basketball. He was known for his warm smile, steady presence, and the deep love he held for his family.
Larry was preceded in death by his first wife, Brenda Crowe; his brother, Billy Wayne Crowe; and his parents, Katherine and Finn Crowe.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Wanda Crowe; his son, Brad Crowe (Amy); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Crowe Lambert (Layton), Courtney Crowe, and Campbell Crowe; his sister, Margaret Ann Harrison; his beloved nephew and nieces, Kaleb Crowe, Kristian Crowe Whittington, Mitzi Mathenia, and Jenny Luttrell; and his stepchildren and step-grandchildren, whom he welcomed and loved as family.
A visitation will be held at Collier-Butler Funeral Home, in Parlor A, located at 824 Rainbow Drive, Gadsden, AL 35901, on January 10, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, followed by a celebration of life at 3:00 pm in the parlor. Reverend Wes Savage and Reverend Josiah Hodge will officiate. He will be laid to rest at Williams Southside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Building Fund of New Life Church.
This church was very special to Larry. He deeply loved his pastors and church family and was especially excited about the building fund. While he longed to see the project completed, he now rejoices knowing his legacy of faith and generosity will continue through it.
