

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 16, 2012 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Mr. Tony Manning Gray, age 55, Rainbow City who passed away Friday, January 13, 2012. Rev. Dave Roberts will officiate with burial at Crestwood Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services Directing.
Mr. Gray was a native and longtime resident of Etowah County and a member of Rainbow City First United Methodist Church. He had worked at Gulf States Steel for 25 years and after its closing was self-employed with UPS. Mr. Gray was an antique car enthusiast, enjoyed Nascar, was an avid Alabama Football Fan and enjoyed relaxing on the Coosa River. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Betty Gray.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Kilgore Gray
Step-sons, Kevin (Chris Hale) Gladden, Jason (Rachel) Gladden, grandson, Jaxson Pierce Gladden, brother, Oscar (Hilda) Gray, sister, Glenda Hancock Gray, brothers-in-law, Robert (Beth) Kilgore, Johnny Kilgore and Kenny (Sabrina) Kilgore, aunt, Molly Byers uncle, Kenneth Grey niece, Ginger Glenn, nephews, Jeff (Tonya) Gray, Barry and Brian Hancock, great niece, Summer and great nephews, Austin, Jeff (Leigh), Chris and Jacob Kilgore.
Pallbearers will be David Rowland, Al Kitchens, Mackie Kitchens, Randy Schomburg, David Kelly and Jeff Gray.
The family extends a special thanks to Lawley Hospice, special caregiver, Leah Kirchner, Sarah McCauley and Ashley Skewes.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m.Sunday evening at the funeral home.
