Anne Berry

Anne was born in West Virginia, but resided most of her life in Michigan and Ohio. Anne attended Lahser High School in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan (Class of 1982), playing Varsity girls Basketball. Anne was an avid animal lover who volunteered her time with the local animal shelters and supported organizations such as the National Humane Society and local veterinary organizations. She dedicated time to Meals on Wheels and enjoyed making connections with people.

Anne is preceded in death by her grandparents, Harold Lee “Cecil” and Tressa Ryan Withrow, and George and Elizabeth Berry; and her father George Belmont Berry, Jr. She is survived by her mother Carolyn (Dave) Wilson; her three children Amanda Derrenbacher, Mathew Berry, and Brandon Ankrom; grandchildren William Derrenbacher, Thomas Derrenbacher, and Noah Berry; siblings Rebecca Berry, Brian (Carrie) Berry, and David Berry (fiancée Kelsey Augustiro); as well as 7 nieces and nephews.

Anne’s funeral service will begin at 2pm on Saturday, September 3 at Schoedinger Northeast Funeral Home, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH 43230, with visitation to follow the service from 3pm until 4pm.
