Born Cynthia Ann Dudgeon, she was the daughter of Claire Vernon Dudgeon and Betty Ann (Cox) Conrad.
Cindy made us all happy when skies were gray. She lived a life filled with love, laughter, faith, and kindness. She will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor and her dedication to family, friends and employer, Pataskala Auto Titles Office, where she was employed for 32 years. Throughout her life she was a devoted servant to others. She gave of herself unselfishly to anyone that needed her. At the end of her life, she bravely accepted her fate and in her final moments on this earth she thanked Jesus for dying on the cross to save her. In 2 Timothy 4:7, Paul wrote, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
In addition to her husband, Cindy leaves behind her two adored children, Allison Taylor and James Taylor IV (Chelsea Shipley, fiancée), both of Pataskala who were the light of her life. She is also survived by her mother, Betty Conrad (Pataskala), brother, Michael Minor (Pataskala), her parents-in-law, James (Cliff) and Jacquelyn Taylor, (Florida), Brother-In-Law John (Ilse) Taylor, (Louisiana) and Sister-In-Law Linda (Michael) Edelwich (Connecticut), and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at Full Armor of God Baptist Church, 14454 E Broad Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
Following the service, friends and family will come together to honor Cindy’s life, share stories of joy and love, and take comfort in the fellowship she so deeply valued. She will always know how dearly we loved her.
