She was born on March 1, 1931, in Evans City, Pennsylvania, to the late Albert and Nancy Campbell.
Dolores was a strong and deeply wise woman whose thoughtful perspective shaped the lives of those around her. Her words often carried the kind of wisdom that only comes from a life well lived.
She found great joy in life’s simple moments, especially spending time sitting on her porch watching the birds and enjoying the peaceful rhythm of the day. Those quiet porch sittings were among her favorite moments, where she could reflect, observe the world around her, and appreciate the beauty in the small things. Dolores will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her strength, wisdom, and gentle spirit will live on in the memories shared by her family and friends.
She is survived by her children: Nancy Horner; Glen Lehman (Vicki Lehman); Jeanie Greene (Mike Greene); and Randy Lehman. She was also a proud grandmother to six grandchildren and a loving great-grandmother to eight great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her great joy.
In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Walter Lehman; her brother, Albert Campbell Jr.; her grandson, “GI” Lehman; and her son-in-law, Harold Horner.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 6 to 7 PM at Schoedinger Margarum Northeast, 1051 E. Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230. Arrangements are entrusted to Schoedinger Margarum Northeast.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ohio’s Hospice in Dolores’s memory.
