

Sara was born on a farm in northern Gahanna, June, 1927 to George Trapp and Margaret Doyle, and married George Andress Stone II.
She had strength of character (grit), was an energetic, intelligent, amazing woman, devoted wife, loving mother of 5, loved life immensely and infused her family with her great sense of humor.
With a thirst for learning and knowledge, she was a graduate of Gahanna Lincoln High School and then attended The Ohio State University.
She enjoyed working, was a successful business woman, owning and operating the family businesses of a nursery, aerial photography, and a Suzuki motorcycle dealership. Sara was involved in real estate, was a commercial landlord, and was an active real estate broker well into her 90’s.
She was a woman of faith, most recently attending Saint Mathew the Apostle Catholic Church.
As an avid reader, she made it a point to keep up on world affairs. She appreciated botanical gardens and enjoyed gardening and yardwork. Treasured time with family included 5 children, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, her fun sisters and Trapp family reunions.
Sara was preceded in death by her husband (George Andress), four brothers (Tom, Ed, Jim, and George and three sisters (Alice, Kathleen, Rosie), two children (George, Natalia) and survived by one sister (Jenny), and 3 children (Theodore, Eric, Sara).
Sara will be missed and forever celebrated.
A visitation for Sara will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Schoedinger Margarum Northeast, 1051 E Johnstown Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230. An additional visitation will occur Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Funeral Service will immediately follow visitation, beginning at 11AM. An interment will occur at Saint Joseph Cemetery, 6440 South High Street, Lockbourne, OH 43137.
