Anne McKeever Coalburn Harper of Mt. Olive, AL, was born in Nauvoo, AL, on March 3, 1923 and passed away peacefully at her home on August 5, 2016 at the age of 93. Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin S. Coalburn, Bankston Harper; son, David Coalburn and a daughter, Jeanette Clements.
Anne is survived by her son, Billy Jack Coalburn (Diane); daughters, Melvinia Adams, Denise Johnson (Ron) and Patsy Coalburn; sisters, Betty Hand (Bill) and Georgelle Fletcher, adorned grandchildren, Kristy Hollis (Daniel), Jamie Edwards (Heather), Stacy Weatherby, Keith Edwards, Amy Neathery (Doug), Gina Coalburn, Michael Coalburn, and Billy Coalburn, 16 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren, other family members and a host of friends.
Services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with a visitation on Sunday, Aug 7th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm; funeral service on Monday at 11:00am followed by her burial in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Mt. Olive, AL.
