passed away at the age of 65 on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 in Decatur, TN. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Armstrong;and his parents Glen and Beatrice Armstrong. Charles is survived by his wife, Linda Armstrong of Decatur, TN; daughter, Jo Allison (Matt) Acklen; son Charles Keith (Cindy) Armstrong; Grandchildern: Rachel Armstrong, Rebecca Acklen, Ashleigh Armstrong, Taylor Acklen and Chase Armstrong all of Ringgold GA.; Brothers: Ray Armstrong, Ronnie Armstrong, Allen (Kathrina) Armstrong; Sisters: Marie (Wayne) Johnston, Margaret (Ronny) Marsh, Dorothy Archer, Patricia (Buck) Bagwell, and Doris (Roger) Hansard. Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Friday, August 10, 2012 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, with graveside services at Bethel Methodist Cemetery beginning at 12:30 pm.
