Donna Ann Lindsey

Donna was born to Donald and Annie Henley, who preceded her in death. She was also predeceased by her great grandchild, Nickalus Lindsey, and her daughter, Karen Calvert. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Edward Lindsey; her son, Kevin Lindsey (Kay); her grandchild, Josh Lindsey (Jen); her great grandchild, Avayah Lindsey; and her brother, Johnny Henley.

Donna was a devoted member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Warrior, where she found great joy and comfort in her faith community. She had a passion for cooking and delighted in preparing meals for her family. She was an avid fan of Alabama football and the Atlanta Braves, never missing a game. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her friends and family, creating countless memories that will be treasured forever.

A visitation for Donna will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel in the Magnolia Hall, located at 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. After the service, a committal will take place at Oakwood Memorial Gardens, 2100 Moncrief Rd, Gardendale, AL 35071.

Donna will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of love, kindness, and devotion will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
