Francis Irene Jones

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Jones; her father, Albert E. Owens; her mother, Mazie Owens and a brother, Garland Owens. She is survived by her four loving sons, Paul Jones (Glenda), Jimmy Jones (Joanne), Alan Jones (Christy) and David Jones; four loving daughters, Janice Rickels , Betsy Hughes, Dianne Vest (Jerry) and Frances Jones; grandchildren, James Jones, Billy Jones (Rhonda), Scott Rickels (Stephanie), Kevin Rickels, Brooke Boyd, David Jones (Laura), Beth Pugh (Brian), Trina Hawkins, Melinda Nix (Jason), Leslie Jones, Carla Sanders (Jeremy), Ashley Harris (Bill), Brandi Taylor and Mandi Jones. Other survivors include numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren and two brothers, Dan Owens and Fred Owens; two sisters, Faye Childers and Judy Mayfield

A visitation for Francis will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 11:30 AM at Cane Creek Cemetery, 422 Cane Creek Cemetery Road, Warrior, AL 35180.

Francis will be laid to rest in Cane Creek Cemetery, 422 Cane Creek Cemetery Road, Warrior, Al 35180.
