Mr. Tolbert leaves behind his wife, Lisa Tolbert; children, Mike Tolbert and Susan Turley; grandchildren, Nick Huddleston, Jordon Huddleston, and Emma Huddleston. He is predeceased by his first wife, Barbara Tolbert; and son, Keith Tolbert.
