Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, Adrian and Cora Law; a brother, Brent Law; and two sisters, Melba Morgan and Marguerite Cambron.
Gerald is survived by his wonderful and loving wife of 68 years, Eva Mae Hale Law; one daughter, Gwen D. Smith (Jim); one son, Jeff D. Law (Camille); two sisters, Janet Powell and Donna Mechaw; seven grandchildren, Brad Smith, Brian Smith, Julie Meyers, Haley Trusler, Jordan Law, Garrett Law, and Peyton Flippo; twelve great grandchildren, Harper and Nate Smith, Hope, Corbin, and Silas Meyers, Ellie, David and Joshua Law, Elsie and Piper Trusler, Adrian Flippo, and Hudson Smith; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
A Celebration of Life visitation will occur Monday, November 25, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071, with a funeral service at 2:30 PM.
