Glenn Paul Florence of Birmingham passed away at the age of 61. He was a life- long resident of Jefferson County and graduated from Corner High School in 1970. Glenn was employed by McClellan Electric and was an avid model aircraft pilot and enthusiast. He is survived by his loving family, his wife of 25 years, Marie Wade Florence; a son, Joseph Paul Florence; his daughters, Angela Florence, Sarah O’ Kelley, and Rebecca Hargraves; parents, Sarah Estelle and Parks E. Florence; brothers, Donald R. Florence and Patrick Florence; sister, Rebecca Florence; grandchildren, Hannah O’Kelley, Emma Leal, Caroline O’Kelley, June O’Kelley.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 13th at 11 AM at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Corner, AL.
