Ina Faye Owens

Ina loved her family dearly, sewing for the ones she loved, and sharing her musical talents as a pianist and singer with everyone around. She was a devoted member of First Baptist Church of Gardendale. Ina was married to the love of her life, Louis Neal Owens for 67 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mitt and Rosa Lee Smith Disney; her husband, Louis Neal Owens; her siblings, Clovis Disney, Hilda Disney, and Helen Morgan; and her nephew, Richard Disney. Ina is survived by her children, David and Diane Owens and their children, Laurel and Patrick Hare, Kari and Brad Gilsdorf, Kris and Alex Broadhead; Carol and Rickie Reynolds and their children, Rhiannon and Darren White, Jami and Robby Cairns, and Kayla and Kevin Cook; and Donna and Micah McAnnally and their children, Kiati McAnnally, and Mason and Krista McAnnally; and her great grandchildren, Zoe Dotson, Reese, John Ryan, Isabella, Jack, Caden, Colten, Marlin, Owen, Kelce, and Kayce.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with a Celebration of Life Service immediately following.
