June Russell age 71 of Gardendale, AL passed away on April 30, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Russell; father, Carl Burgess; and mother, Marie Burgess. June retired from Bellsouth with over 35 years of service. Survivors include her children, Carol Graves (Robin), Karen Appling (Billy), William Russell; grandchildren, Taylor and Carlee Appling; sister in law and special friend, Charlene Campbell. Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday May 3, 2017 at 10 am at Oakwood Memorial Gardens with a visitation to be held Tuesday May 2, 2017 from 5:30 pm until 8:00 pm at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel.Arrangements under the direction of Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, Gardendale, AL.
