Larry graduated from the University of Montevallo with a BBA in Business Administration. He retired from Protective Life Insurance and later from Assurant Insurance. He was an avid Alabama football fan, loved Disneyworld, but his greatest love became his granddaughters whom he cherished.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Marie Miller, and a son-in-law, Robert Bennett.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Marilyn H. Miller; two daughters, Andrea L. Miller and Susan Bennett Inman; two granddaughters, Caroline Bennett and Savannah Inman, and a host of friends.
Celebration of life services will be held at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with a time of visitation on Monday, October 14, 2019 from 6:00pm until 8:00 pm; funeral service Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 11:00 am followed by his burial in Highland Memorial Gardens, Bessemer, Alabama.
