Lydia D. White

Lydia Darlene White, age 67, of Trussville, Alabama passed away on Sunday December 15, 2019. Lydia was born on October 8, 1952. Lydia was preceded in death by her father William L. Walker, mother Senora Manning Rodgers, Grandparents Herman and Annie Walker, and Roy and Mary Manning. Lydia had been employed by Fairhaven and Northway Nursing Homes as Food Service Manager. She leaves behind her loving daughter Nora Anne White, grandchildren Joseph White and Kayleigh Moon, her loving sisters Kathy Hamilton and Mary Pearce (Tommy), loving brother Justin Rodgers (Phyllis), nephews Tom Pearce, Jr and Wayne Hamilton, nieces Rhonda White (Chris), Katrina Kerley (Josh), and Brianna Rodgers, and friend and caregiver Amelia Nunez.

A visitation for Lydia will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A burial will follow at Moncrief Cemetery, Gardendale, Alabama.
