Maburn Mojo O,J. Belcher

BELCHER, MABURN OTTIS JACKSON ”Mojo” of Birmingham passed away March 16, 2013 at the age of 87. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Joseph; his wife Dovie Vick Belcher; daughters, Kathy (Danny) Sims, Bridgette Faye Belcher; brothers, Oscar and Odis Belcher and a sister, Hazel Williamson.

He is survived by his sons, Randall (Renee), Ricky, Ben, and Joe; daughters, Tina (James) Gordon, Sheila (Bruce) Putley; sister-in-law, Ida Belcher; grand children, Bridget (David) Ryan, Brooke (Bradley) Gipson, Daniel (Abby)Sims, Sarah (Kevin) Mayle, Benji (Mandi)Belcher, Forest Gordon, Bethany Belcher, Callum, Fraser and Joey Putley; Great grand children, Keegan, Koy, and Kason Ryan, Gus and Georgia Gipson, Bryce and Braylon Mayle, and Jackson Belcher; nieces and nephews, Mark, Debbie, Rodney, Walter, Mary Jo, Ruth, Martha Sue; cousin, Burley Belcher Lovell.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16.

A visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel on Monday from 5 - 8 p.m. with a Graveside Service on Tuesday, March 19, 11:00 a.m. at Friendship Community Church Cemetery in Gardendale.
