

Marjorie lived in Hayden, Alabama for many years before moving to Muscle Shoals, Alabama. She loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Faith Church of the Nazarene in Warrior, Alabama. She loved children and served in the Nursery.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Reuben and Mary Logan King; her husband of 37 years, John F. Perry, Jr.; four brothers, Aubrey King, Howard King, Dwight King, and Talmadge King; two sisters, Lila Brock and Esther Powell; and one stepdaughter, Peggy Pettus.
Marjorie is survived by three stepsons, Michael Perry and his wife Maxine Perry, Pat Perry and his wife, Linda Perry, and Robert Perry and his wife Cathy Perry; one brother Charles King; one stepson-in-law, John Pettus; eight step grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
A visitation for Marjorie will be held Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL. A service will occur Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 3:00 PM in the Fireside Room at Gardendale Chapel
Marjorie will be laid to rest in Oakwood Memorial Gardens, Mausoleum, Gardendale, AL.
