Mary Elizabeth Gilliam of Gardendale, Alabama passed away at age of 90. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Malcolm Gilliam, Sr.; sons, Billy Wayne Gilliam (Linda), Danny Lynn Gilliam (Joanne); daughter, Gale Elizabeth Hogeland; brother, Bill Coleman; and sister, Peggy Knight. She is survived by her son, Harvey “Mike” Malcolm Gilliam, Jr.; grandchildren, Karen Waters (Larry), Monica Doherty (Charlie), Scott Hogeland (Libby), Chris Gilliam, Jeff Gilliam, Christi Gilliam, Amanda Gilliam; great grandchildren, Corey Waters, Kayla Waters, Nikki Hogeland, Sarah Hogeland, Amber Doherty, Austin Doherty and Alex Doherty. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM with a funeral service to be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens. Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel directing.
