Mary Nell Hagy

Mary Nell was preceded in death by her parents, George and Velma Jackson; her loving husband, Jake G. Hagy, Jr.; two sons, Jake Gary Hagy and Randy Lee Hagy; Brothers, Marcell Jackson, Alvin Jackson and Alvis Jackson.

Mary Nell is survived by her daughter, Sharron Rae Hagy; daughter-in-law, Karen Hagy; brothers, Keilan Jackson, Joey Jackson (Sheila), and Dale Maddox (Teresa); sisters, Rhonda Trammel (Kenneth) and Kathy Porter (Charles); two grandchildren, Lisa G. Hagy and William Hagy (Jamie); two great grandchildren, McKenzie Hagy and Jaxon Hagy, a host of other family and friends.

The family extends special thanks to the staff of Magnolia Ridge Care and Rehabilitation and Alacare Hospice for their loving care and support.

Services will be held Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel with a visitation to begin at 10:00 am; funeral service at 11:00 am, followed by her burial in Elmwood Cemetery, Birmingham, AL.
