Michael Alan Pippin

Michael Alan Pippin, a.k.a. “The Legend - Party Marty”, passed away surrounded by his family and closest friends on Friday, August 26th, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer. Michael was born June 17, 1982.

Michael had a huge personality and could make anyone laugh. He was a jokester, the life of the party, but most importantly, he was a husband and father who loved his wife and children endlessly.

Michael was preceded in death by his dad, Terry Jones; step-dad, Robert Yarbrough; brother, Ricky Yarbrough; and cousin, Amber Startley.

Michael is survived by his wife, Alicia Pippin; Mothers Wendy Warren and Shirley Yarbrough; Brothers Chris, Ray, Jamie, Rodney, and Junior; Honorary Brothers Tim(Kim), Jason(Ann), and Billy(Denise); Honorary Sisters Diona, Johanna, and sister-in-law Sherri(Matt). Most importantly, he leaves behind his children who he was so proud of and loved tremendously: Krista, Blake(Kendall), Cameron(Skylar), Caleob, Natalee, Chloe, Emilee, Ethan, and Gracie; and his grandchildren who were his pride and joy, Ellie and Carter. He leaves behind a host of relatives and friends who became family.

Michael will forever be missed and we will spend everyday making him proud.

A Celebration of Life for Michael will be held Monday, August 29, 2022 at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071, with a time of visitation beginning at 1:00 PM; followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 PM.

Michael will be laid to rest in Stewarts Chapel Cemetery, 2441 Old Hayden Highway, Warrior, AL. following the service.
