Micki Gurley Murphree

She is survived by her parents, Royce and Kathleen Gurley; husband Daniel E. Murphree; sons, Taylor, Kasey, and Jordan Murphree; brother, John Dereck Gurley (Susan); aunts, Betty Thompson, Barbara Hubbard, Lorrine Kimbrough, and Linda Harrell; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Micki was a devoted mother to three boys, a loving wife, and a bestfriend to several. She embraced every moment with each of them. She had a servants heart and was a blessing to everyone she met. She was a loving daughter to her parents. She loved her who family, and always look forward to spending time with her family. She met her savior Jesus Christ at a young and continued to follow him all her life. She will be missed by all her family, but our promised hope, we will see her again.

A celebration gathering for Micki Gurley Murphree will be held Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Daystar Church, 200 Daystar Dr, Cullman, AL 35057. A celebration of life service will occur Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 200 Daystar Church, 200 DaystarDr, Cullman, AL 35057. A burial will occur at Oakwood Memorial Gardens, 2100 Moncrief Road, Gardendale, Alabama 35071.
