Mike Allen Russell

Mike Allen Russell, a resident of Trussville, Alabama, passed away on January 26, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on December 17, 1956, Mike was known for being a hard-working, devoted, and wise individual whose life inspired many. He was a loyal and cherished member of his community and will be deeply missed.

Mike was known to be a great son, brother, and friend, establishing strong and enduring relationships with those around him. His career was marked by his love for the company he worked for, Sun Belt Glass, where he was known for his dedication and loyalty.

Mike had a passion for concerts and live music, and he found great joy in riding his Harley Davidson bikes. He cherished living a simple life, which was a testament to his inspirational and beloved nature.

Mike Allen Russell is survived by his sister, Jill Yarbrough (Keith); brother, Steve Russell (Becky); his is predeceased by his wife, Paula Russell; and son, Jake Roberts.

A visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel, located at 2029 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, Alabama, on January 31, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life Service will take place at the same venue at 11:00 am. Mike will be laid to rest at Oakwood Memorial Gardens, 2100 Moncrief Road, Gardendale, Alabama.

Mike's legacy of wisdom, devotion, and love will continue to inspire all who knew him.
