She was so proud of the beautiful and welcoming home she created. Mildred was lovingly known as Mawmaw! Her kids and grand kids have spent many hours of listening to her stories and singing gospel songs. “Gathering Flowers for the Master’s Bouquet” was her favorite. Mildred spent most of her life self employed. She was a hard working woman and worked until she was 80 years old. She loved the people she worked for and made them an extension of her life.
We are so thankful for all the generous spirits and loving individuals that surrounded Mildred. We would also like to give a special thanks to wonderful people at Hope Hospice for helping guide her in her final days. She was loved and cherished by many and will be deeply missed.
