Peggy was born in Luxora, Arkansas, on August 15th, 1937 to David Young and Marjorie Morgan Young. Peggy's siblings are Eugene Young, Derell Young, and Sue Young Barber.
Mrs. Garner is survived by her son, Philip (Randy) Garner and daughters, Rhonda Garner Snow and Renee Garner Rousseau. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 70 years, Billy Garner; both parents; as well as all three of her siblings.
The Garner family expresses the beautiful impact of love and comfort Peggy brought into their lives and how much she will be missed by all those who had the honor of knowing Peggy.
A visitation will be held at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel on Friday, July 18th, 2025, at 9:30 AM followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 10:30 AM.
