Phillip is survived by his daughter, Misty Fender and her husband (Rusty) of Oregon; his two sons, Paul Mitchell and Daniel Mitchell; his mother, Joyce Mitchell; two brothers, Steve Mitchell and his wife Denise and Mark Mitchell and his wife Janice; two grandchildren; a niece, nephews, and a host of friends.
A graveside service and interment for Phillip will be held Monday, December 21, 2020 at11:30 AM at Warker Chapel Cemetery, 1200 Ellard Road, Fultondale, AL 35068. Rev. Sammy Reid will officiate.
Due to current Covid-19 protocols, a visitation will be held for the family only at Ridout's Gardendale Chapel. Everyone is welcome to attend the graveside service.
