Carlton Parker Wilson

Parker Wilson, age 74, passed away peacefully in the presence of his family, September 21, 2016. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on September 2, 1942 to Carlton Parker Wilson Sr. and Barbara VanDyke Wilson. Parker graduated from the University School of Milwaukee in 1961. He and his wife, Carol, returned to his alma mater in 2011 to reminisce and reconnect with fellow alumni at the 50th reunion.

Parker and Carol moved to Sun City in 2005. As a young man, golf was his hobby. But during his later years, with declining health, the golf channel and “Golf Digest” helped to fill the void.

Left to mourn his passing are his wife of 45 years, Carol; son, James Wilson and wife Christina and grandson Cooper; and brother Thomas B. Wilson of Milwaukee.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 1:30 pm at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2700 E. University Blvd, Georgetown, TX, 78626. Burial will be held at a later date in Milwaukee, WI.
