Dale Solomon, 49, of Georgetown, passed away Sunday, July 19th, 2015. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Friday, July 24th, at 2pm at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel, 393 N IH-35, Georgetown, TX. Dale was born on September 5th, 1965, in Lakewood, CA. He grew up in Lakewood, CA and enjoyed playing sports and surfing with his family and friends. He met his wife, Jenni, in his early teens and they got married in 1981. Dale and Jenni were married for almost 34 years and eventually had two children and two grandchildren. In 1983, they moved to Texas where Dale worked for Blue Bell for 19 years. Dale enjoyed riding his motorcycle, living at their beautiful home in Walburg with all of their animals, and watching the Longhorns games on Saturdays. But his favorite time was spent just being with his family. Dale was a fiercely devoted family man and a great role model for anyone lucky enough to meet him. He never met a stranger and he could easily be picked out of a room with his welcoming smile and colorful tattoos. Dale is preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Solomon and his grandparents, John and Katie Pitts. He leaves behind to cherish his memory: his wife, Jenni Solomon, his son, Mathew Solomon along with his wife, Brooke and their two children, Noah and Mallory, his daughter, Tanna Kee along with her husband Jason, his older brother Randy Solomon and his children Erika and Nick, his younger brother John Solomon along with his wife, Brenda, and their children, D.J. and Kaylie, his aunt and uncle, Peggy and Bill Stewart, and their son and his cousin, Ron Stewart.
