Leo Harding Evans

Leo Harding Evans, 85 years of age:  November 12, 1934 – September 23, 2020.   Being a private, loving, family man, Leo passed at home in Georgetown, TX, per his wishes.  He is now at rest with the Lord and loved ones welcoming him into his new heavenly home.  He previously lived in Lubbock, TX for 37 years and then lived in Mineola, TX for 27 years prior to moving to Georgetown, TX in 2008.

Being the rock of the family and building a foundation of love, integrity, and inspirational fortitude, he will be missed deeply by his wife, Rose Mary; his daughters, Debbie Evans and Janet Williamson; and his son, David Evans and wife, Lizette.  Also surviving Leo are Grandchildren:  Scott Dean and wife, Jennifer;  Dystanie Law and fiancé, Brian Cooksey; Jess Williamson; Robson Evans and his sister, Adelaide, and Great Grandchildren: Riley Dean and brother, Easton; Darian McClellan, and his brother Dayne Law.

Leo, also known as “Dad” and “Hon”, will always be remembered for his dedication, his “hard work” ethic, and for his love of family and love of fishing.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Encompass Health and Hospice for the excellent care and guidance through the last days.  They were with Leo and the family every step of the way.
