Marie E. Winter, Age 88, of Georgetown, Texas, died Tuesday, March 27, 2007, in Georgetown. She was born July 7, 1918 in Bucklin, Ford County, Kansas to William Morehead and Maude (Prewitt) Morehead. She was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert N. Winter on July 28, 1998. Marie was a homemaker and also had worked as a Bank Clerk. She was a member of the Methodist faith. Marie is survived by her son – Rick Winter and his wife Donna Winter of The Hills, TX; half sisters – Della Menson of Peachtree, GA; Bonnie Nelson of Broken Arrow, OK; step brother – Eugene Dittemore of Fremont, OH; Brother and sisters-in-law – Mr. & Mrs. Raymen Winter of Robinson, KS, and Norma Kozikowski of Lees Summit, MO., grandchildren – Mark Richard Winter and Corrine Marie Winter; great-grandchildren – Alyssa Sessom, Bradley Sessom, and Zachary Pryor.
