Ricky Glenn Jones, 63, of Georgetown, entered into rest April 3, 2012 at his home. He was born December 23, 1948 to Loran and Lavena (Robinson) Jones in San Saba, TX. Ricky attended and graduated from Georgetown High School, Class of 1968. Ricky worked as a circulation supervisor for the Austin American Statesman until poor health forced him to retire. He enjoyed spending his free time fishing, watching television, and gardening. Ricky is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean and his mother, Lavena. He is survived by his children; Melissa Jones of Jarrell, Amanda Werchan and husband Bill of Georgetown, Richard and partner Adrian Mertz of Pflugerville, and Bradley and wife Alicia of Round Rock; father, Loran of Georgetown; step-daughter, Lori and husband Dwight Dotson, Jr.; sister, Donna Anderson and husband Ralph of Georgetown; grandchildren, Megan, Mason, Aaron, Cadence, Cali, Cathryn, Trey, and Martha.
