Shirley Mason Castleberry, 62 a native of Texas and Georgetown, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Shirley was born December 5, 1946 to Stirling Hughes and Sally Brown Wright Mason. She married James Castleberry in Georgetown, September 2, 1967. James preceded her in death in 1968, he died in active duty in Vietnam. She is also preceded in death by her father, Stirling Hughes Mason. Shirley leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Jamie Castleberry Dickey and her husband Mike of Leander; mother, Sally Mason; sister, Sharon Mason Castleberry of Georgetown; brother, Hugh Mason of Georgetown; along with many other loving family members and friends. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Presbyterian Cemetery at 1:00PM with Brother Jack Emert of His Hill Ministries officiating.
