Elisa Vasquez was born in Monte Escobedo Zacatecas Mexico. She then moved to Altadena, California where she lived with her family and became a known member in her community for many years. Elisa, along with her family, later relocated to Covina, California.
Elisa was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed the outdoors and going for walks. She had a wonderful appreciation of music, loved to sing, and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Elisa is preceded in death by her husband Filemón De Casas and survived by their children.
