It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sue, who departed from us on January 29, 2025, at the age of 82. Sue was a beloved Nana to many, a cherished friend.
A Life Well Lived
Sue was born on September 1,1942, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Throughout her life, she exemplified kindness and generosity.
Family and Friends
Sue is survived by two daughters, Sheri Hunnicutt and Michelle Gianake, along with 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, and her 2 nephews Don Downs and Steven Downs. She will be joining her husband Tommy Hunnicutt, her brother Bobby Downs, her sister Gerry Raglin , and sister-in-law Judy Downs together in eternity.
Celebration of Life
A celebration of Sue's life will be held on March 10, 2025, at Oakdale Funeral home. Friends and family are invited to join in honoring her memories.
May Freda Sue Hunnicutt's soul rest in eternal peace. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
