Glenn Edward Fraisl - Husband, Father- Grandfather - Friend: Born Oak Park, IL on May 3rd 1939 to Earl & Normal Fraisl. He is survived by his wife Bonnie Fraisl, His children, Tina Lawler, Tami Tennis, Dale Firman & Peggy Slaboda and his Grandchildren Cole, Ryer, Chad, Rhett, Dylan, Cameron, Raife, & Alison.
Glenn was a piece of work, a diamond in the rough. A hard worker who was a Navy Veteran. He was a fixer a get,er done kind of guy. He worked in the garage fixing & creating things with his father & then passing that down to his children & friends. He shared his love of camping, fishing, and boating, skiing, hot rods, car shows, off roading, Traveling in the motor-home, music & having cocktails with friends. He would help them out whether it be with his hands or sharing the greatest & latest device, deal or his opinion. He loved Lake Havasu & the Yard house and shared that with many friends & family over the years. Glenn provided a solid, stable life for his family. A blended family with no lines drawn. He was proud of all of his children, grandchildren and had great love and devotion for Bonnie his wife. Most never saw this side, with a flower picked from someone's yard or a card he'd pick out for anniversaries or to have read at Christmas. They were always together, this was his happy place. They were on the go, as Glenn always wanted more of what life had to offer. He touched all of us whether it with a razzing, (his love language) or bitching about what was going with the Raiders or sharing what he was working on. He surrounded himself with people he could laugh with & who had skills he could learn from. I'm sure all of us have heard him say at one time or another "this is Bullshit". We know this what he thought the last 6 months for sure.
We are all feeling his loss. At 84 his mind was sharp but his body after the brain tumor & cancer diagnosis, just could not keep up any longer. At the end he could only have a taste of liquid. We brought him an 805. He opened his eyes and when asked, he told Bonnie it was & 805. He had a few straw fulls. She then asked "How are you feeling?" He replied "GREAT!" Those were the last words that he spoke. We know that we were all blessed to have him in our lives, we will remember the razzing, the "bullshit" & laughter and that he did it his way. As a family, we know that Glenn is up there visiting friends & family that have already moved on. RIP GODSPEED GLENN
