Jeronimo Alvarez Farias

Jeronimo Alvarez Farias was born October 26, 1922, in the small town of Cotija Michoacan. He then married Emerenciana Magana, in which they raised a total of 6 children: Jeronimo Jr, Luis, Lupe, Elida, Leticia and Blanca.

Jeronimo was a Police Officer in Cotija Michoacan. He was also a Brasero in the State of California.

Jeronima then purchased a Ranch and moved his entire family to Los Tazumbos to begin his business in farming and agriculture. Sadly, his wife and mother of his children Emerenciana suddenly passed away.

Years later he married Feliz Barron and moved back to his hometown of Cotija Michoacan. Jeronimo then came to the United State of America to retire.

Jeronimo passed away at the age of 100 years old in the City of El Monte.

Jeronimo is survived by his spouse Feliz Barron, sons Jeronimo Alvarez Jr, Luis Alvarez, daughters Lupe, Elida (RIP), Leticia, Blanca, a total of 35 grandchildren, 69 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.

Jeronimo Alvarez Farias nacio el 26 de octubre de 1922 en Cotija, Michoacan. Luego se casó con Emerenciana Magana, en lo criaron un total de 6 hijos: Jeronimo Jr, Luis, Lupe, Elida, Letica y Blanca.

Jeronimo fue Oficial de Policia en Cotija Michoacan. Tambien fue brasero en el Estado De California.

Jeronimo luego compro un rancho y se mudó con toda su familia a los Tazumbos Jalisco, para comenzar su negocio de agricultura y ganadería. Lamentable mente, su esposa y madre de sus hijos/hijas, Emerenciana falleció repentinamente.

Anos mas tarde se caso con Feliz Barron y regreso a su cuidad natal de Cotija Michoacan. Jeronimo luego vino a los Estados Unidos de America para jubilar.

Jeronimo falleció a la edad de 100 anos en la Cuidad de El Monte.

A Jeronimo le sobreviven su esposa Feliz Barron, hijos Jeronimo Jr, Luis, hijas Lupe, Elida (EPD +), Leticia, Blanca, un total de 35 Nieto's, 69 bisnietos y 12 tataranietos.

A visitation for Jeronimo will be held Friday, May 26, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Oakdale Mortuary, 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740. A funeral service will occur Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740. A burial to follow will occur.
