

Pam was born on September 12, 1947 in Pasadena, California to loving parents Chet and Lill Garrison. She was a happy little girl, with gorgeous yellow curls. A natural tomboy, she loved being outside, barefoot, climbing trees and riding bikes with neighborhood friends.
While attending Temple City Schools, Pam enjoyed her time in Girl Scouts, and participated in dance lessons and loved performing in recitals. She graduated from Temple City High School in 1965, where she enjoyed being a majorette. Pam had a busy social life as well, and made many lifelong friends during her school years.
Pam married fellow classmate Tony Tedesco in 1966. They had two beautiful children, Dena and Tony. Pam loved being a mommy, she was a natural at it. She loved being involved in her children’s activities, whether it was helping in the classroom, coaching, or cheering on the sidelines.
Halloween was one of her family’s favorite times; she loved decorating and making wonderfully elaborate costumes for her children.
Pam was an awesome softball player. She loved the game and the many friends she made there. Pam loved all forms of music; singing along, playing the piano, and attending musical theatre with family and friends.
Pam married Richard Bridges in 1989. They enjoyed their time spent together working on their homes and rental properties. Their home was a hub for family activities and celebrations. Many family birthday dinners and holidays together were spent there.
Pam enjoyed her working years, both in Escrow and for the Claremont School District. She made many friends that she enjoyed spending time with even after retirement.
Being a grandma was extra special for Pam. She adored having more babies to love and cherish. She loved spending time with each and every one, and enjoyed watching them grow. She was a regular attendee at their their sports and activities.
And of course, becoming a great grandma was beyond exciting. She looked forward to meeting and cuddling with each new addition to her family, and watching them. It was her great grand kids that gave her the nickname, Grammy Pammy.
Pam was a truly nurturing person and cared for everyone. She was always willing to help her family and friends. When Pam’s mom Lill required additional support to remain independent, she and Richard brought her in to their home to care for her. Pam was always willing to lend a hand to all her friends and family. Very rarely did Pam ever say no to someone in need.
Retirement provided Pam with ample time to spend with her family and on her lifelong hobby, sewing. She was an expert seamstress. She enjoyed making Halloween costumes for her grandchildren and great grandchildren as she did with her children Dena and Tony. She also loved her sewing and quilting classes and the friends she made there. She loved crafting and made beautiful quilts, bunnies, placemats, doll clothes and decorations for her friends and family.
Pam leaves behind her devoted husband of 33 years, Richard, her dear children, daughter Dena/Matt, sons Tony/Tammy, Rick/Korena,
Mark/Marie and Michael.
She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Ryann/Michael,
Trent/Vanessa,Tiffany/Chris, Kortney, Ricky/Tessa,
Austin/Hailey, Ashlyn, Aiden, Tony, Trevor, R’reyana, Erick, Patrick, Dominick and Makena.
Pam was blessed with great grandchildren who will mourn her; Kylee, Kenton, Kamryn, Kolton, Everleigh, Everhett, Serenity and Presley.
Pam’s absence will also be felt by her sister Tish/Steve and countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved her dearly.
Pam was pre deceased by her parents, Chet Garrison and Lill Follis, and great granddaughter Adeline.
Pam was the best wife, mom, grandma and great grandma. She never met a stranger, and was the sweetest, kindest person to everyone. She made friends everywhere she went. She treasured her time spent making memories with her family and friends.
Pam did what she loved, and loved what she did. She would want us take the time to enjoy our friends, families and loved ones as she did. Pam certainly knew how to do just that.
If you knew Pam, you liked her and probably loved her. We know she loved you.
She will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 Saturday, October 8 2022 at Glenkirk Church, 1700 Palopinto Avenue, Glendora CA.
