Sheila Mary Miller

Sheila Mary Miller (Kaplan), born on May 1, 1942, in Los Angeles, California, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026, in San Dimas, California. She was 83 years old.

Sheila was the beloved daughter of David and Mildred Kaplan. She grew up in Southern California and remained deeply connected to her roots throughout her life. Her journey through life was marked by devotion to family and a quiet strength that touched all who knew her.

Sheila shared many cherished years with her husband, Keith Miller, who preceded her in death.

Together they built a life centered around love, family, and enduring values. Sheila was a devoted mother to her son David Miller, and his partner Debi Cotton, daughter Melissa Gabriel, and son in law Rick Gabriel. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, David Miller Jr., Amanda Gabriel, and Sabrina Gabriel, who brought immense joy to her later years.

Sheila also took great pride in being a great-grandmother to Braedon, Aubree, Ethan, Isabella, and Jaxon. Her presence in their lives will be remembered with warmth and affection.

A celebration of life will be held on February 21st, starting at 1:00 pm, at the Gabriel Residence, 451 S. Banna Ave, Covina, Ca. 91724.
