Robert "Rob" Elijah Phillips

Rob is survived by his wife, Whitney Phillips; his son Joseph A. "JoJo" Cavasos; his son Alexavier O. "Alex" Phillips; and his daughter River A. Phillips; his sister & brother-in-law Sarah & Chris Bartholomew; his nephew Daniel Lickfold, his niece Kaitlyn Lickfold, his niece Jolie Lickfold, his nephew Aston Rogers and his nephew Kanaan Rogers.

Rob was preceded in death by his father Pastor Bob Phillips and his mother Charlene Drywater-Phillips; his sister Marissa J. Rogers.

A family dressing for Rob will be held Friday, April 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Strate Funeral Home, 329 East Grand Coulee Avenue, Grand Coulee, Washington 99133. A community wake will occur Friday, April 21, 2023 at 7:00 PM at Nespelem Long House, Nespelem, WA. A funeral service will occur Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Nespelem Long House, Nespelem, WA. A graveside service will occur Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Little Nespelem Cemetery, Convalescent Center Road, Nespelem, WA.

Serving as pallbearers are Aaron Long, Sean Lickfold, Val Drywater, Billy Drywater, Todd Nanamkin, Chris Bartholomew, Waylon Elwell, Darrell Beeson and Chris Aiken.
